Congratulations to the Nordic Museum on their recent opening!
The Nordic Museum opened its doors to the public on May 5, 2018. In addition to the expansive sleek new spaces and enhanced exhibitions, the Museum also boasts a new cafe featuring modern Nordic fare; Freya!
JGL managed an RFP process for the Museum that lead to the selection of City Catering as the exclusive caterer and cafe operator for the organization. Finding an operator that had the ability to develop a Nordic inspired menu with a modern twist was paramount. City Catering embraced the culinary endeavor and has developed a concept that encourages patrons to ‘eat like a modern-day Viking!’
