Project Description: The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts completed a major expansion designed by Studio Gang. The striking architectural design for the reimagined Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts is designed to strengthen the connections between the visual and performing arts in an inclusive space that welcomes a diverse community. The new facility houses a ground level restaurant with outdoor seating and multiple event spaces including the signature “cultural living room”, a dynamic community and gathering space with floor to ceiling glass walls. JGL’s scope included a feasibility study, modifying a previous consultant’s design work and managing an RFP process.
