Project Description:
The Franklin Institute brought on JGL to conduct an assessment of their food service operations. After reviewing historical figures, interviewing TFI and food service personnel, and reviewing the contract, JGL recommended a renegotiation. Ultimately TFI and its food service provider decided to part ways, and TFI and JGL instituted a new RFP process. Despite the onset of COVID, there was intense interest in the account; we received nine competitive proposals!
After TFI selected their new exclusive partner, JGL was retained to write the food service contract, a service we proudly offer to all clients.
