JGL was retained by the Museum of Contemporary Arts San Diego to assist with a feasibility study, food service vendor selection process and rental program development. JGL worked with the client to mitigate operational challenges, develop a feasible operating model, and secure a fabulous café operator along with a short list of caterers. We are excited to share that the Museum is opening on April 9, 2022. The client is receiving 10 rental inquiries daily and already has 20 events booked in advance of the opening! The building is stunning, and the views are spectacular. Kudos to our clients at MCASD!
